Membership Form

Please follow THIS LINK to download a pdf file of the SDABJ Membership form. Print the form, fill it out and mail it to the address at the bottom of the form. The form will be reviewed by the San Diego Association of Black Journalists Membership Committee and you will be notified if you are eligible for membership. Please do not send any money or checks with the application because the review process has to be completed before the membership fee is required.
